[Milsurplus] BC 787 ( S-36) parts needed

 I'm looking to restore this radio and would like to find the nomenclature plate that was screwed onto the front panel , mine is missing. It looks to be roughly 5/8' wide x 3" in length. Would also like to find the band spread dial , 0 - 100, mine is badly cracked.
 If someone has a parts radio with these items I'd really appreciate hearing from you.
