[Milsurplus] Need info on BC-221 usage as a VFO

Conversion also described in the 11th Edition of the Radio Handbook  
(1947).  Basically, mounted the BC-221 or LM on a chassis along with a  
power supply and an output amplifier consisting of two untuned 6AG7  
stages followed by a tuned 6L6 output amp.
