Hmmmm....  Some on on this list or on a web site cant seem to recall did 
some experiments with coil glue/varnish and found the hs better half's, 
wifes, sewing kit had E6000 glue.  This glue had a vary minor effect on 
a coils Q.  May I suggest using a test coil where you could affix 
samples of glue, over, on top,  a portion of the test coils ferrite 
core.  To measure the effect a 1/16 or 1/32 deposit would have on a 
coilos Q factor.  A mold could be made from child clay or a gum eraser 
or plaster?  This may take two weeks to determine the best glue.
No time - suggest E6000 or jb-weld epoxy or krazy, super glue?
