Nick -
Indeed sad news. Mostly knew Marty through internet military reflectors. I
had no idea of his illness and battle. Even recently we were discussing some
trades. I met him a few times as I visited the Atlanta area on business.
Marty and I spent many hours in various taverns and he was indeed a great
and knowledgeable fellow engineer and ham. My most heartfelt condolences to
his vast family and friends. I too shall miss him greatly. RIP Marty - 73 -

We've been missing a certain irreverance (and inscrutability) on the
e-mail lists and at hamfests in the last year as Marty Reynolds
battled cancer. I'm sad to report that Marty passed away in Atlanta at
home with his family on Friday.

Marty (aka AA4RM, Rocket Man, "stuck in 50's", cosmoline at ba-watch.org,
polepeeg at ba-watch.org, etc.) was truly a wonderful character as well
as an immensely knowledgable and inquisitive guy. There is a great
void in The Force.
