We'll need to see what the circuitry that's
feeding the Phantom Antenna looks like.
The capacitor should be made series
resonant by the transmitter inductance,
and that leaves the 5 Ohms for the real
load.  Scope the voltage across the
5 Ohm resistor and let us know.  Shouldn't
be much.   (RMS is equal to .707 times
half the P-t-P if all is kept simple.)
