[Milsurplus] Receiver Transmitter CY-149A/APN 22

My database says (source unknown) that AN/APN-22 is an altimeter.  No 
details shown.  And that the manuals are TM 11-5841-216-nn

CY-149A is the nomentlature of the case or cabinet.  The radio is probably 
something like RT-nnn/APN-22.
