Nick,
They may be RBG's (that'll explain their similarity to the HQ-129)
which is in the SP-200/400 family. Hard to see at such an angle, but I
have photos of early 50's military commo centers with Super Pros in
racks.
On the other hand, RBG's have very dark gray front panels, which is
consistent with the color in the photo.
Good ID exercise, maybe someone has a better guess.
