[Milsurplus] Tactical Radio Audio Jack Covers

Does anyone know of a source for the rubber covers for the twin audio jacks on tactical radios like the PRC-25, -70, -74, or -77? The few I have are falling apart.

Maybe I could use some plastic cable-end protectors, but I've never seen a dual set. Then again, if I have a handset plugged in maybe I only need a single cover.
