Yes, that sure enuff is a TRC-10.  
Steve Bartkowski has one; he traded it to me, years back, and then
felt severe remorse; I would have been happy to have kept it but
it was not worth him regretting it forever. Bill Howard had one, 
without the case; he had a  metal shop fabricate a replica case for
him. I have one, with AC supply; also a second one, without case;
what was so fascinating about the case, that people had to use
it for what, a bait box?
I have my suspicions, not fully supportable at present, that the
TRC-10 never got into action. When I tried mine out, I found
the receiver B+ to be around 400 volts. Not so good.  I changed
the 2E22 in mine to good old 807, since the radio does not do
AM, only CW, anyway. 
I have seen a couple low-res photos in RADIO NEWS of CAP
units with TRC-10 in the picture. Now that I think of it, that's
kinda odd too: CW wouldn't do the CAP much good.
