[Milsurplus] 2 Meter rig recommendation?

Hi all,

 

I have a PRC-128 that I have been playing with on 2 meters. Its biggest
limitation for ham use is lack of PL and also 12.5 kHz channel spacing.  I
am thinking of getting something for my car, but want something rugged and
military!  Anyone suggest a milpack rig that covers 2 meters (440 also would
be incredible!) allows for PL, split and better channel spacing for ham use?

 

Memories would be probably a requirement to store the freq/pl.
