[Milsurplus] Mackay 167-BY transmitter

I need some help or advise..  I recently acquired the remants of an old Mackay 167-BY transmitter.   These were used on Liberty Ships.  This one is dated  Feb. 1945. and has been modified quite abit.  I find little or no info on the internet.  There is a picture of one in the radio room of a Liberty Ship but thats about all.  If anyone has any info, schematics, pictures of the inside or remembers anything about one I would like to talk to you abt it.  About all I know is that it was cw only and ran off a dynamotor from the ships 110 vdc.  I have a friend who has a later version of one that has AM but it is quite different.  I would like to get it back as near as orginal as I can before putting a modulator in it.   Thanks    Bill Fondren    K5PML
