[Milsurplus] early FSK converter in Northern Calif.

CV-31 (Navy equivalent FRF) dual diversity 455kc IF FSK converter
located in Northern California - probably weighs 200+ lbs. - too early
and too heavy for me!

The guy wants $100 for it. Complete, unmodified but dirty. With manual
CV-31 was used with a pair of BC-342's in the MRC-2 and TRA-7 - probably others?
