I have one of these "MAB extensions" that turned it into a DAV (no suffix)
as well. They are quite scarce, if not down-right rare.  The whole assembly
is clunky and fragile, which is probably why they re-packaged it as DAV-2.

Fair Radio had MAB vibrator supplies for years and years,
so it's surprising that I've never seen one in person.  Do you think
Fair got tired and threw them all out, or what?  If anyone has
a spare they'd like to trade, let me know.
