Not sure if this is mil equipment or not but its marked RCA-MI 581878, 580Mhz mixer, preamplifier. Has a manual attenuator and inputs for two oscillators. Could be some TV translator equipment or point to point IF . Anyone familiar with it? Ralph VE3BBM
