[Milsurplus] Coax (72/75 Ohm twinax) for sale

I would respectvely suggest that 75 Ohm transmitting

twinlead (if even still available) would be a far better

feedline. I don't have tables immediately available, but

am pretty certain that the twinax cable would surely

be considerably more lossy than the 75 Ohm twinlead,

especially under VSWR conditions much removed from flat.

My suggestion would be to use a 1:1 balun from 50 Ohm

coax to the 72 Ohm twinax and tie the twinax shield to

the common ground post of the balun.

It seems a bit of overkill to me unless there is a specific

reason for using shielded feedline.
