[Milsurplus] Help with a Plug

Greetings to All,

A recently aquired manpack set has a 12vdc input connector on the front 
panel. Pretty standard, round, 3 point bayonnet.

I am trying to locate the mating male plug so that I can make up an external 
supply.

Someone that is familiar with plug terminology/identification
might be able to help me with this.

The female  connector on the radio  is a standard round 3 pin connector. 
Accepts a male bayonnet type plug.   Stamped on its side is GC07A-8-3S

The outer metal shell has about .470 diameter.
The inner non-conductive shell is about .280 diameter.
