Yeah, I know. I remember the day when I filled up the cells on the batteries of every single five ton truck in my squad. They were new and we'd gotten them from another squad. It was awhile after that that I finally got enough time to take care of it. I don't even think the other operators bothered to check the levels - you could see the lead inside every damned one.

 

What I was saying was that tapping 12 volts off of one of the batteries would foul things up.
