[Milsurplus] BC-640 value?

One of the local punters has a BC-640 TX that he wants to sell.  It's a 50 watt VHF AM  Rack beast.  I have seen some parts of it in the past.  However, this is a complete unit including the rack.  Anyone have an Idea of pricing for it.  I offered hin 1$/watt as my normal offering of $1/pound would be expensive! :)  I know all to well about the how bad do you want it vs how bad does his wife want it out stuff  but was wondering has anyone here hosstraded for one of late and how many pennied changed hands.
