Well, Is it rims or whitewalls?Big difference.It's easy to tell if yiu have a flat tyre or tire if it's a whitewall!.

I thought it was very common for trucks like that to have
the rims painted white.  A lot of countries do that.  I think
it's to make sure the vehicle gets washed properly.  Maybe.
