Ditto. I used it this week too.

You have to play EBAY's game and go thru the canned questions first, 
but you CAN get to the REAL ask a question page.

That tees me off; the attempt at idiot proofing just wastes MY time,
and taxes MY patience.

I just wish the Powers that Be at EBAY would get over thier little 
case of Rectal Caranial Insertion Syndrome.

And PayPal... for the 20th time, I DO NOT want the "convenience" of
giving you direct access to my checking account, so QUIT ASKING!
