[Milsurplus] Professionally converted radios

One of the members of the local amateur radio club here
is employed at Letterkenny Army Depot, which is in South
Central PA, and soldering is a major potion of his job.  He
is examined and re-certified every six months.  He says that
multi-layer board, and microscope work on contemporary
designs is real stressfull.  Most of his work is modifying or
making changes to the things on the board.
