[Milsurplus] Copying from Books

Hi Robert,

I just spent another five minutes on this.  There are a row of icons 
across the bottom of the window, and the down arrow on the output icon 
does activate a dropdown menu that controls image processing.  Like I 
said it's less than intuitive.
