That looks like a Cxx-21931, or maybe a DY-12/ART-13, or less likely a
DY-11/ART-13.  There are several different dynamotors (Cxx-21931 part
of ATC, DY-11, -12, or -12A/ART-13, and DY-17 or -17A/ART-13A) for the
various ATC and AN/ART-13 sets.  There are mechanical differences between
some of them, so you'll need to specify the exact unit that you are
repairing.

What you pictured looks like it could be re-worked and re-shaped without
a whole lot of trouble.  That's likely much more easily done than coming
up with parts.
