[Milsurplus] Radio or bomb site?

Correct.  Documented on BIF pg 4-7-1 (Mar 1945).  Used to determine true 
heading and compass deviation by observing the sun or other object (need 
an air almanac and accurate time to do this).

The other item is, I think, the remains of an aircraft sextant.
