OTOH, the bright-white LED flashlights work FB for looking into the depths 
of engine compartments.  Whilst re-building the coolant-hose array on one of 
mine, I found I could ACTUALLY SEE the can o' worms using the LED light; 
hardly atall with a conventional trouble-light.  So it depends on what you 
use them for - tho "Bob" is right about washing out detail in some cases, 
and they're actually TOO bright for peering down gun barrels.
