Hutch,

If you grind between 1/32" and 1/16" off of the end of the wrench (more for 
larger size wrenches) you get a new wrench, albeit slightly shorter.  You 
can do that several times before it gets too short to use.  Be sure you hold 
the wrench perpendicular to the surface of the grinding wheel so that the 
end is square.  This also works with rounded off Bristol wrenches, including 
the Xcelite ones.  Use light cuts and don't overheat the wrench while 
grinding.
