I'm assuming that you mean the wrench size and not the screw size, as I 
never saw a #0-80 set screw.  The next smaller size Allen wrench is 0.050".  
Fits a #4-40 Allen set screw.  Take a good glass and make certain that they 
are not Bristol, as there is a 6-flute Bristol wrench that is smaller and a 
4-flute even smaller.
