[Milsurplus] Coax With PL-259A Plugs

Forgot to mention the 231 is Foam dielectric not hard polyethylene like 213. 
The foam stuff we used at sea only lasted us 1 year and moisture migrated 
into the foam.  Had to replace it with the hard insulation, and there were a 
few types.  The foam might do very well ashore out of the salt environment. 
Also the foam does not like any sharp bends as the center conductor tends to 
drift or migrate closer to the shield and changes the capacitance.
