[Milsurplus] Cannon connector

In the connector trade, which is an area all unto itself, the fine
threaded AN310x style are called "MS" connectors. These have a fairly
fine thread pitch and are made by a number of companies to this day. They
are still used in industrial equipment and all plastic shell types are
even available, although some of the inserts are obsolete.
The "Cannon" connectors are used on things like the MN-26, RA-10, and ARB
and AFAIK are ONLY made by Cannon (ITT Cannon). They may still be made,
but are not nearly as common as the MS types.
My point was, that if you are asking a connector guy for a Cannon AN310x
he will look at you funny. While there are Cannon BRAND AN310x's, they are
not called Cannon connectors.
