They are probably shielded, balanced loops. The use a TwinAx connector,
no? Likely the loop proper is a number of turns of wire with the center
tap grounded. The wire is encased in a metal tube, formed into a loop but
with a cut in it so it is not a shorted turn. The coil ends go to the
TwinAx contacts, the shield and CT go to the coax jacket.
