Those bypasses in total may cause some extra B+ current.  

The extra B+ current that will make you sad is that caused by a leaky coupling cap into the audio output that fries the audio output transformer.  This is assuming that the subject radio has a coupling cap into the audio output stage, and a transformer to fry.

Leaky bypasses on IF stages and whatnot will hold the radio back from top performance, but at least they won't destroy the radio.  Even if it is "working", the coupling cap really ought to be checked.
