I might agree about ones marked Micamold (which are paper, not mica, 
dielectric) but with canned electrolytics and oil filled paper, my experience has 
been that if they survived half a century of no use and test good using 
period (not current) test standards, once put back into regular service their 
probability of failure may be lower than new units that meet ROHR 
restrictions.
