G'day all...thanks for the comments...I can understand being not computer
savvy or distaste , but answering a FAX isn't such a problem I wouldn't have
thought and takes less time, with less chance of error dictating a P/N over
the blower....I don't feel like making a fone call at opening hours there
when it's 2 AM here anyway !
Years ago I better success emailing daughter Christie.
The specific problem is lack of communication---- Once upon time
requests/mail answered whether the item was available or not.......today the
communications operative of 'no answer' appears to have 3 options on which
to ponder ... 'no don't have it' or 'yes I have it and will get rountuit
sometime'or 'can't be bothered mailing you overseas/interstate' with perhaps
wondering 'did the mail get there"? ----- Can't complain about the
service--- there isn't any .
Ah-- forget it... business is great---pity we have to put up with the
customers.!

G'day.....
If anyone is going to wherever and Bill Perry, the plugman is in attendance,
may be they might ask him if there is a government prohibition on answering
faxes or the export of the commodity requested.
