Joe, The manual states,The recctifer should operate at appox.210 volts @ 60 
ma and 6.3 volts 3.5 amperes. That apply's whether it is being operated on 
90 - 140 volts or 200 - 250 volts. I might be able to email you a picture of 
the R-42-A schematic if you need it. No spare transformer sorry.
