Greg,
I have a hard copy reprint of NAVSHIPS 900,246 on TBW and TBW-1 available
for $26.85 plus shipping. I also have the single-sided preliminaries on the
TBW-4 and TBW-5 but the only differences are the nameplates and a slight
change in the operating chests was made at TBW-2. The preliminaries are both
single-sided mostly typewritten pages, although the foldouts were properly
done. Only one photo in them. The NAVSHIPS is a better manual.
The TBW's consist of an MF and an HF transmitter and a rectifier-modulator
common to the two. Input to the rectifier is 115 VAC 800 CPS. The 800
cycle power was supplied by a gasoline powered generator or a 115/230 VAC 25 or
60 CPS M-G Set. I have a manual on the gasoline generator by itself.
