[Milsurplus] Radio id tags

I've never owned a 51J-n but if the original nameplate had the Serial 
Number stamped on it, and I were going to make nameplates (making only one is 
quite expensive), I would leave a blank block and either sell it that way, 
offer a stamping service, or both.
