[Milsurplus] Keyer J-49

They were the ID keyer on almost all the Low Freq
Homing Beacons I ever spent some time on.   The
Bhome Keyer, stolen from decomissioned LF Radio
Ranges, was also used if available.  The J-49 was
noisy if you slept in the same roomwhere one was
running.  "Ticki-Ticki-Ticki-Ticki-etc"
