The AN/WRC-1 manual covers the T-827, AM-3007 and CU-937. The R-1051 is
covered in its own manual. It was the first of the entire family to go into
service. The RT-618 is not part of AN/WRC-1 and is not covered by the WRC-1
manual.

As far as never being used in a tactical environment is concerned, AN/WRC-1
was installed in several FRAM-II DD's I served on in the early to mid 70's.
It replaced the TCS as the utility HF set. Whether it was ever installed
in new ships I don't know. I transferred to the Mine Force in 1976.
