[Milsurplus] What for? Power Supply

"Supplies operating voltages to 23497 selector control unit and 23496 
remote control - indicator unit when operating with RDR and MAR." 

They appear to be more related to the RDZ and TDZ, so perhaps a chase 
down that thread would yield more info.
