[Milsurplus] Hammarlund SP600 JX

I recently acquired a SP600JX and am busily repairing some issues with 
it. I know certain vintages had the Sprague BBOD capacitors. This unit 
has had them all replaced but one and it was split from end to end.
It has other tubular caps in the turret and other rf/if areas but I 
don't recognize them. There's a photo at:

Do these need to be shotgunned or can I leave them?
