[Milsurplus] Case identity

Got a R-388/URR a while back that was in the wrong cabinet.  The case is a
Hallicrafters 

of some sort with name plate that says:

 

“-Signal Corps US Army, CY-1260/G, Case, Receiver, the hallicrafters co-“

 

Any one know what this is for?  Looked at all the Hallicrafters sites I
could find, nuttin’!

What would be proper case for my R-388?
