Re National NC-100 rx.
 
Has anyone got one, played with one, know the set ?? Have just
finished restoring mine but I cannot get the AVC to work. New 
tube, new components but no AVC action as such. Volts seem ok,
wired as the AVC amp is, upside down so to speak, but cannot 
figure out why such a simple circuit just does not work.
