The ATB transmitter was also procured under contract
98559.

In response to Jay's question about the I-form of serial
number. I wouldn't bet the deed to the family farm on this,
but I recall reading somewhere that it designated units
built in Indianapolis rather than Camden. For some reason,
most of the ARB receivers I have seen have the I-xxxx serial number.
