[Milsurplus] TBW Transmitter power-ON - filament wiring

OK.  That would tend to suggest that the 9.3 volts each side of center-tap 
is probably correct.  And only the 205 ampere rating I mentioned is in 
error.  Anyone have one of the HF transmitters handy and can look and see whether 
there are actually two 4.5 ohm resistors near the IPA?  Or the resistance 
of the one resistor is more like 9 ohms?  I have one but it's 3 miles away 
and it's Midnight.
