[Milsurplus] TBW Transmitter power-ON - filament wiring

I have one of the filament chokes here. It measures 5.1 ohms. There is one
in each leg of the 837's, so that's a voltage drop of 7.14V at 0.7A. That would
call for a heater transformer voltage of 19.74V, let's say 20V RMS in round
numbers.
