In addition to Robert's fine summary, there is a fair amount on the
"Chicks" expendable parachute jammer deployment intent and efficacy in
the Secret 1946 Division 15 Summary Technical Report. I'm happy to scan
it for you but I'm in the process of trying to discover what kind of
scanner SCSI card I need for the new computer, so it won't be immediate.
