Just got back from a little vacation, thought would check on the Motorola
"FM" broadcast band tuner. It is a Model FM-82, covers 21-99Mcs, Mhz for
the -younger crowd-. No speaker, audio out to "Television or Phonograph" of
parent radio or record player.
Not sure when FM Bcst band got moved to where it is now.
When did the US Military migrate to FM for field radios?

GE transmitters were actually converted FM Bcst Band TX's, which used to
start at 30Mhz and up to 80-90 I Think. I have a Motorola FM Bcst tuner
that starts at 30Mhz in my collection somewhere.
