Yes, in fact at one time I was thinking of working for them. That is of
course if we are talking of the same outfit. They were located in the
Crystal City, DC (if it is the other place then in the Baltimore) area and
were mainly into "Black" ops. I do not believe they made anything in
quantity, so, if you have something by them it would be scarce. As I am
typing this I am thinking I may possibly have them confused with another
company in the same area. Regardless, RI did exist and was in the
surveillance and fast turn around business. - Mike
