[Milsurplus] "Clean, Unhacked ARBs"

To me 'mint' means:

No mods or cut wires.
No bashed sheet metal.
No additional holes, etc.
No swapped or soldered to connectors.
Not recapped or otherwise 'restored'.
Original cable lacing.
Alignment not tampered with.
No glass tubes where there were metal ones.
Original nameplate.
Not repainted.
No painted or engraved ham calls.
No peeling paint.

A few small areas (under 0.2") of paint loss are to be expected.
