Baritish chain home ran on 15 meters.  120' wooden towers all along
East Anglia (?) coast.  Think op in each site w. A-scope.  Op
telefoned echo strength back to some central that generated a
human B-scope layout

I think.

Some WW2 film showed "central" & the human-generated B-scope display
on a huge table.  Echos pushed around with pool cue rakes.

Gave plenty of time to send up Spitfire greeting committee

Sure wud like to see techno detail someday.

Anywho, those jurrasic, British-spec'd command rx-en would tune
chain home ever so well.  Perhaps do system antenna-system
surveys
